Free Shipping & Upgrades
We ship UPS Ground or UPS Parcel Post free. Our shopping cart also offers a number of faster delivery options for an additional fee based on your location.

Shipping Schedules
95% of all orders get shipped within 1 or 2 business days upon payment. Delivery time for UPS ground is 3 to 9 business days and 2 to 3 days for USPS Priority Mail depending on your location. We ship Monday thru Friday excluding Holidays AFTER payment has been confirmed. We DO NOT ship to Post Office Boxes or APO/FPO`s unless you call us to make the necessary arrangements. We process your order(s) Monday thru Friday except for a week day holiday. We will email the tracking number to yout so that you can see the progress of your shipment, subject to the carrier`s processes.

Received Shipments

Please inspect all packages before accepting delivery. We recommend that you save the original shipping box and packing materials in the (very unlikely) event your purchase needs to be shipped for service. If item is damaged please contact us within 3 days of receipt to acquire an RMA number. A replacement for the damaged item will be sent once damaged item is returned.

Overweight Shipments

In the case of large orders, all items over 100 lbs must ship by truck, please allow 3 to 7 days for truck deliveries. All truck shipments are curbside delivery; upgraded services such as lift gate and inside delivery can be purchased for additional costs.

Refused Shipments

All refused orders are subject to a restocking fee. All truck orders that are refused are subject a restocking fee plus return shipping fees.

Returns

We price our products a low as possible under the assumption that our clients are totally familiar with the equipment they have ordered in terms of functionality, application of use and performance. Accordingly, we do not accept returns, except for needed warranty work which we perform as quickly as possible. If there is any problem with our shipped products, please contact us as soon as possible. All returns require an RMA number in order for us to identify your shipment when it arrives to us. We do not assume the cost of shipping - therefore all shipping costs must be prepaid.
