Crossbow Junction Store Policies


Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept bank checks, but expect a delay in processing the order due to the inevitable delay caused by mailing.  Personal checks (with a 10-day hold for the check to clear) are accepted but are not recommended due to the mailing delay.


Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 4 - 7 day delivery time.  Orders that cannot accept UPS or other ground shipment may be delayed until a physical address can be provided.


Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.  We will not ship to a PO Box.

Shipping, Taxes and Handling Fees.   Unless specified at the time of sale, any and all shipping, taxes and handling charges are included the product cost


Crossbow Hunting Laws. Crossbow hunting laws vary from state to state.  Please check with your local law enforcement agency for the laws in your area pertaining to the use of crossbows during hunting season.  For a summary of US Crossbow Laws by states, go to "Crossbow Laws".


Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.


Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.

Title and Risk of Loss.   When your purchase has been transferred to a carrier for delivery to you, the title and risk of loss passes from Crossbow Junction to you.  It is your responsibility to file any claims with carriers for damage and/or lost shipments.


Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 15 days from the ship date to return a product or seek a refund. You must email the refund request to Contact Us (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned.

If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:

·  All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).

·  Original packaging.

·  Original invoice or receipt.

 NOTE: When returning an item, you become responsible for selecting a carrier,risk of loss and all shipping and handling fees.


Merchandise for Exchange and for Refund.  Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:

  1. Return the item to the address given to you by Customer Service.
  2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
  3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.

You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.


Product Descriptions.  All product descriptions, technical specifications, and other product-related information, that appears on this website, was obtained directly from the manufacturer.  Crossbow Junction is not responsible for any errors or inaccurate claims made by the manufacturers.

Product Pricing, Taxes and Availability.  Product pricing on this website are subject to change from time to time.  It is our purpose to keep prices as low as possible, subject to changes in manufacturer's price structure.  Some products may not be available for sale in certain parts of the country.  Be sure to check your state's hunting laws with regard to the seasonal use of crossbows for hunting.  The availability of products is subject to change based upon manufacturers supply.  REMEMBER!  We do not charge additional shipping, taxes or handling fees.  Any and all applicable taxes, fees and charges will be included in the purchase price.


Policy Revisions.  Periodically Crossbow Junction may find it necessary to revise our Store Site Policies.  They will be clearly posted and revisions noted.  It is recommended that our friends and customers revisit these policies from time to time since they will be bound by any revisions that may be made to our Policies and Terms.

Your Privacy and Security is our Concern Too.  It is our privilege to provide you with the best products at the lowest prices.  It is also our commitment to guard and protect your privacy in every and all transactions you have with Crossbow Junction.  Any information you provide us while shopping with us will only be used to prepare and fulfill your online orders.  We do not share your information with anyone except to comply with any legal requirements we are obligated to submit to.  The only information we have is that which you provide to us during the purchasing and checkout process.

 Processing Your Online Order requires only your name, address, phone number, email address, credit card name, number and expiration date, and a shipping address if different from that which is your credit card billing address.

 Site Use by Children.  This website is not for use by children under the age of 13.  It is advised that children who use this site be directly supervised by one of their parents.  

Policy Consent.  Anyone using this site, by virtue of their use, has consented to the Policies contained therein.  From time to time we may add to, delete or otherwise change this policy.  Visitors to our site are encouraged to review our Store Policies often to stay current with any changes.
